Post-quantum cryptography transition framework

Ongoing framework and tool work to help organizations identify where post-quantum cryptography should be added, where it should not be added, and where migration should be sequenced later based on asset exposure, cryptographic dependencies, interoperability constraints, and business risk.

Role: Defines the decision model, assessment criteria, and tooling logic for PQC adoption across enterprise infrastructure.
Impact: Gives organizations a practical way to prioritize quantum-readiness work without blindly replacing every cryptographic component at once.

Security strategy, threat modeling, secure architecture, incident-response exercises, and remediation planning for OT/IoT and critical-infrastructure environments.

OpenVLC and visible light communication for IoT

Research, prototyping, hardware, firmware, and software work around OpenVLC, an open-source platform designed to make visible light communication more accessible for development, teaching, and experimentation.

Role: Contributed research, prototyping, firmware, and software work for an open visible-light communication platform.
Impact: Helped make VLC experimentation more accessible for research groups, teaching, and IoT prototyping.

2023

Hardware-in-the-loop adoption for embedded teams

Guidance and delivery patterns for teams moving embedded testing from manual workflows toward more reliable automated HIL setups.

Role: Guided embedded teams on HIL architecture, adoption patterns, and the move from manual testing to automated validation.
Impact: Improved the path toward repeatable firmware testing and more reliable delivery workflows.

2019

Self-hosted portfolio on Raspberry Pi

Earlier personal website built and hosted from scratch on a Raspberry Pi 3 with Apache, MySQL, and WordPress.

Role: Built and operated the full stack for an earlier personal website on self-managed hardware.
Impact: Created hands-on experience with Linux hosting, web operations, databases, and long-term maintenance.
